Refund policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you've got 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at ayuda@evocashop.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. We won't accept items that are sent back without a return being requested first. Damages and issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us straight away if the item is faulty, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and put things right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items can't be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also don't accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you get what you're after is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As with the above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
