DELIVERY TIMES.

Your order will be processed within 24-72 hours, depending on which delivery option you choose.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES.

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days. (We don't process orders at weekends) Whilst the average delivery time is 5 to 10 days, during particularly busy periods due to high demand, delivery may take up to 15 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days, depending on the destination country and local processing times. We're not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs.

DELIVERY GUARANTEE.

All deliveries come with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been processed. If you haven't received your product within 20 working days, we guarantee a refund (partial or full) using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please note that we can't be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or the local courier service in the destination country. It's important to clarify that "processing" refers to preparing your order, not the delivery time itself – all delivery times are set out on this page.
